Applications for renting the Lake Villa Township Park Shelters and Community Rooms are available in the Supervisor’s Office to township residents beginning January for the current year.

For any given event, the large Shelter A, recommended for 50 people, is rented for $75 and the smaller Shelter’s B and C, recommended for 30 people or less, are rented for $50. Each shelter has a volleyball court, horseshoe pit, grill and picnic tables.

Lower level Community Room A is rented for $60 and upper level Community Room B is rented for $100. Each room is for 50 or less people, has tables, chairs, refrigerator and microwave. There is no smoking or alcohol allowed in the building.

Residents are also required to pay a security deposit that will be refunded providing that the facilities are cleaned and all the equipment, if borrowed is returned. The fees are due with the application. Since the shelters are in great demand throughout the summer, we recommend that you reserve your date early.
