Lake Villa Township has partnered with Lake County to administer Federal Emergency Rental Assistance (FERA) funding to residents pay rent and have been financially impacted by COVID-19. Applications must be filled out online and proof of obligation to pay rent, past due utilites and/or rent, income documentation for the last 60 days and eligible COVID-19 hardship are required for approval.
